players get muted to say "lol" to a gm?

hello everyone im playing on s68 and one of our friend got muted to say "lol" to a gm and r2 says its against tos can anyone explain to me does gm's r untouchable or somethng? if they r r2 should mute whole server they have we r having several bugs and other things and everyone could be rude to us but when we report someone r2 doesnt do anything about them but when a play says " LOL " to a gm he/she gets muted over on what? laughing to a gm? if its we should be not using world chat yet he aint even the person who trolls gm

here is the proof he gets mute when says LOL thanks to doing ur job gm's if its really ur job or if u are just having personal issues with ppl?

Unfortunately, starting a thread will not bring a change to the status of your mute, so I will be closing this.
