  • Fire mage scion passive bugged?

I have level 8/8 thunderstorm and the skill says it strikes once eveyr 5 seconds. i sat for 2 minutes and timed each time it striked by counting down with buffs on. It seems like it actually ststrikes every 8 seconds. Is this just something bugged with 8/8? because a loong time ago when i was level 95 it was hitting every 5 seconds. striking eveyr 8 seconds opposed to 5 can mmake a big deal in damage over time. Plus its what i use to keep rogues off me during pvp. Any other mages want to help me test it with 7/8 and below? If its still 8 i hope it gets fixed to strike every 5 seconds ):

the original description of thunderstorm was hits every 8 seconds after entering battle. so i assume they have it lower in lower lvls but still at 8 sec on max lvl. since a few skills change description when maxed and have either lower cooldown or additional effect or less effects.
