I opened a thread for this too, had the same issues. For me the treasure chest never bothered even appearing.

Also L25 in tower is way too strong vs the later 26-30.

I myself have not encountered issues with chests not appearing on any of my tower runs yet (at least, up to 20 anyways), so please report your findings/screenshots here: http://support.r2games.com/. The ticket team will begin testing once they've collected reports.

I wouldnt bother with this if i were you. The same things have been happening in void since it first came out and they have yet to fix a thing.

Check if u have afk skill in minute afk. if u do,.. it usually cause u to (bug)not transported to nxt level. it happens also in void.
or u have active skill by the time/upon.. u click the rewards..

afk bar can't be used in void can it? For me it didn't even appear at all on the screen when mobs disappeared, filed ticket, nothing back yet. (incase of misunderstanding - this is not meant to be rude or insulting.)
