Character showing up on one screen but not on the other

Good Morning My name is Stealth I went to trade my gems from my char to my alt and it showed on my alt that i am there but when switch to do the trade my alt isnt even visible (My alt is a knight) I screenshotted this on both sides of my character. I would like to know what to do because ive refreshed both characters and it still is happening. (Note: This is taking place on L1 in starglade) I am attaching the screenshots (hopefully)

My only guess would be due to some type of lag that is conflicting with your tabs. I will test to see the results from my end.

Nobody on my server can set up shops nothing ive even tried on 2 different machines for 1 char each. L1 is glitched and we cant do a thing about it We are on Kabam English

I have tested it from my end and have received no issues, as the follow shows [Starglade, L1 with surrounding shops]:





You will need to send your findings in a ticket here: http://support.r2games.com. Briefly describe the issue (with screenshots) and point out that this is from the Kabam server. It would help if mates from your platform also do the same so that the ticket team becomes aware that it is not just you.
