Beast soul system issue

Is anyone else having the problem with the beast soul system not working at all? I'm the required level but its not working at all for me..

There doesn't seem to be an issue with the Beast Soul feature, as my tests display below:

//Before Promotion//
Inventory contains x1 Dragon Essence at 607430/2094547 progress.


//After Promotion//
Inventory contains x0 Dragon Essence at 795518/2094547 progress with displayed 188088 boost.

Nevermind i got it to work it just took me a few refreshes of the page to get it to working after i hit level 50. lol
