I'm on S70, and I think the achievements are bugged. It looks like it only counts the people who got the achievement after the merge towards the amount of players who have the achievement.
I'll include a screenshot where you can see that even though i have some of these achievements completed, it still says "none" in the players column. Or achievements that obviously have a lot of people who have completed them say rare or few.
