guild skills

I had a question, people have told me that you can only have a certain amount of guild passive skills, depending on your level guild, but I can't find anything about it on the Crystal Saga Wiki, how many guild skills can you get at which guild level?

Level 7 and 8 guilds may learn a maximum of 3 skills. Level 9 guilds may learn 4 and only level 10 guilds may learn the max quantity of 5 guild skills. Any guild below level 7 will only be able to learn the standard 2 skills.
