Example scenario! (Item drop question)

Let's say my playstyle is just doing quests and grinding monsters outside. (Not many dungeons and only some PvP)

What kind of drops can I get from normal monsters and the ELITE versions of monster spawns?

I know at lower levels, just blue equipment, chipped gems, and magic dust...

Does it get better at higher levels?

Or is most of the good stuff in dungeons/cash shop?

you can get only blue items depending on the lvl of the mob, for example at low levels map you only can get low levels equipment,elites you can get magic dust, gems and socketings rods, and sometimes if you're lucky you can get yellow items,at kaspaya beach i got lvl 35 yellow priest crown OS o.O killing a elite mob
