Ares Ring or Ares Insignia?

Hi everyone was wondering what would be the best choice?

Ares Ring or Ares Insignia?

After a few weeks of having no gold for potions and everything, I managed to get myself 150 pcs of Spirit of Ares + 2 Soul of Ares. I am a Ranger and I know I wont be able to get a hold of another 150 Spirit of ares for a very long time so Im trying to get some
suggestions on what to get Ares Ring or ares Insignia.

Im a nature ranger. Im looking for an item that will help me with pve mostly. I wont have any chance in PVP because there are lots of OP players in my server lol.

take insignia it gives 110 to all stats + 14%reduction +a weak copy of wing buff(aegis blessing 30%stats)

Hi Thanks for your suggestion. I also asked some of my guildmates and insignia won 15 votes out of 20. They said the buffs from the insignia will be much stonger than the damage and attack speed of the ring in the long run.
Alright Its decided. Ill get insignia cant wear it yet though i still need to level up my honor.

Not here to point any fingers just want to say something for a better understanding how the insig works. The passive skill triggers only when being attacked. I feel like if you only had 1 choice the ring would be the best option for two main reasons (based off the average ranger).

1) Rangers tend to have lower defense, i really dont know if that passive will trigger much in pvp before you die
2) The ring not also gives you move atk speed but 5 sockets, which can give u a total of 86% atk speed when maxed out. And also its lv30 requirement.. incase if you need to rebirth.

the faster u can get ur atks off, small or big advantage in pvp.. i know its a bit late but either 1 is good
