competitions aren't supposed to be a leisured walk in the park and your a millionaire set for life with all the best things. . i get by just fine not doing GR. even when i did, i did it smart. saved my stuff,&when i died i just laughed cause they never got anything i didn't let them have. &i don't let it get to me. make new friends and alliances so you don't get attacked if you don't want to be so bad, thats called being diplomatic, and if you can't be diplomatic- who cares about you because you never even took the chance to know any of them, why should they show you any mercy? ur not their friend, your competition in a PVP zone or guild PVP zone, thats the dynamics of those zones. stop squandering your opportunity's to evolve your gameplay, many servers have merged and stayed that ways regardless if some players didn't like it, most the time people hate it at first, which my server complained and so did every other server just like you and your server is complaining. now my server &other servers want more merges w our servers. give things a chance, if you gave up before even trying something. that means . you. gave . up. then if you tried , then don't like getting "bullied" in events, avoid those events at certain times or don't do them. if you don't like them because there's a challenge now thats sad. if its not a PVP server you don't have much to worry about. and if it is then you just have to be strategic, which is what playing a MMoRPG is all about. having strategy &tactics etc etc etc.

and not everyone is like that. ive made quite a few great friends on here through doing dungeons and through my guild. its just a matter of patience. the beginning is the most difficult, but persevere and itll all be ok
also your server is a pvp server. if youre having trouble, join a pve server where you wont get killed all the time
in fact if you ever consider switching servers, join amethyst forest :P its a pve and everyone is for the most part friendly, although sometimes hostile. at least they cant kil you freely though :P
