I got someone on my server acting like hes a character that some1 already made. Can he be reported or banned for such a thing? The s51 Blackknight is the 1 that a player that goes by troll. (he already deleted that character)

Trolls will be trolls. I suggest you place the fake on ignore and move on from there, otherwise, you're just feeding it. If you believe a player is "hacking", you may report them via ticket for investigation: http://support.r2games.com. Include their character information, screenshots you may have, and an explanation as to what leads you to believe they're cheating. The GMs will review your case from there.
