Lvl 120 and stuff

With the release of Sperion and the 2 new dungeons (lvl 120). Does this mean lvl 120 mobs are coming out in a couple of weeks (maybe Halloween) or a month or two. Anyways what can we expect to see with lvl 120 mobs.

-Lvl 100 equips.
-Badge exchange, Diamond badges??
-New activites, Mega treasure chest??

I think its a skill buff you get for when u enter the arena (kinda like a tamaland skills)
