Hmm.. My gen 2 teeka learned a skill called Lethality last night. I want to know if its any good or if I should delete it 
I've never seen anyone with the skill before.
These are the stats for the skill
Lethality- Cast time: 0 sec
Duration : 1 sec
Cool down: 24 sec
Radius: 450
Deals physical and magical damage to a single target within a 450 range. Reduces healing effects of target for 10 seconds.
Attack increased by: 35%
Healing reduced by 29%
Skill Cost: 3 mp, 1% mp
By the way... My teeka is fully int based
