When will soul vi and soul v and disenchanted stuff be add to the game?

Every time we cs play disenchant a wep or armor and get a useless sooul in the game after all the hard work of getting the armmor lving up and having to move on to stronger armors and wep but seeing this useless soul item saying to hold on to should be added to the game to provide a real use to the game instead of a waste of space in the game many player have wonder why this haven been brought up pls the gm of cs refine the game more pls for our fan out there .
