Arena score and Arena rewards bug

when I try to play as beastmaster I realize that my alt got arena score 1000 and can be claimed ...

My problem is my arena score only 980 ... My question is How could new player (or my alt) got that and I don't .. I'm Eidolon lvl 136 ??

Can anyone explain/ help me .. thnx before .. sorry my English bad

Every players' Arena score is originally set to 1,000 points by default, meaning all new characters will be automatically set to 1,000.

You have less than the default amount on your eidolon character because it must've lost a battle during the time Warriors' Arena was an active event. By losing battles, your default amount is decreased. As the Arena is no longer available, current points on every toon will neither be increased or decreased.

so this Warriors Arena doesn't exist anymore ? Can't find at panel events

your missing 20points gone, cuz you prolly hit 'claim' button for arena rewards
it consumes 20 points
