cant return peridots to the fairy?

kind of need them to so I can have what I want and I cant return them to make them better, why?

Unfortunately, garnets and peridots cannot be used for coupon exchanges -- it's just the way the feature was developed. You can try trading/selling your peridots to players who may be interested in exchanging them for another gem/item.
