How do I get read of a Bully?

Hey someone on my serve has been bulling people she doesn't like. How do we get read of her? I ignored her, but she's still picking on my friend. I report her when she says something she shouldn't, but it doesn't seem like crystal sagas doing anything about it.

Ignore it. Because r2, or anyone for that matter, wont do jack about it. Welcome to the real world.

If someone is attacking others with derogatory language, you're welcome to PM a moderator with a screenshot for assistance -- the least we can see to is a mute. Otherwise, placing said players on ignore is the ultimate solution.

Well it works for me, but my friends says they won't lower themselves to her level.

It is a personal decision not to use the ignore tool -- an option that is there for your own comfort. If your friend chooses not to utilize the tools we have in-game, then it's honestly a grey subjection area.
