Ticketing System

Well.. I was going through the ticketing system and you know, doing what any other person would do and just filing a ticket.
Sooooo.... I went to the r2 support page and it ended up as this:


And it looked all good, All the Categories there and so on.. then a Change one little detail.
I changed the game to Crystal Saga and got this:


Where are all the other categories that were there before?
Could you please change the ticketing system back to it's original format please?

As condensed as the current template is, the department that maintains the ticket system updated the format as deemed most efficient for their staff. You can still file tickets regarding issues not listed categorically; simply select the closest relating category. The ticket team will just have to sort it out upon reviewing your case.
