Blizzard, is not good for pvp it's long casting time. in my opionion, i should use balrogs hell.

balrogs hell for me it's better, while you're casting blizzard ranged players/mobs can attack you, with balrogs hell you can attack and use your AOE at same time, but blizzards slows the speed
there are advantages and disadvantages
