I believe they do stack; a like discussion took place in the following thread, so you can also review what other players said regarding stacking: http://forum.r2games.com/showthread....eraldry-seals&

      Heraldry Skills Stack?

Does anyone know if the passive skills gained from multiples of the same skill seals stack? Such as if I had 4 Seals of Holiness, which grant a 5% chance to stun, would I only have the one 5% chance, or would I have four seperate 5% chances to stun?

Edit: Looks like the post got merged. Didn't see the similar post, but hey.

i just think if u have 4 holiness seals its just give u 4 times more chance of that stun skill, its not like you imagine 5%x4 seals = 20% of stun chance, just more seals = more chance

So it won't be able to chain stuns, but it still gives a boost to the chance of success? That's still pretty good.

yes its just logical answer how it works

because if they stack they should stack stun time as well

They do not stack. If you have 4 of the same seal, then you have four separate skills, even if they are the same skill. So like your example with the holiness seal, it gives 5% chance to stun, the stun last two seconds, and the skill has a 5 second cool down before the chance of the skill activating happens again. So say that you have 4 of those seals. That means that you have 4 stun skills in there. They all have a 5% chance of stun, they all last two seconds, they all have a five second cool down. And the skills do not stack. Instead of having a 20% chance of a 2 second stun with a 5 second cool down (which if you think about it, that kinda sucks) you have 4 skills with a 5% chance. That means that if one of them goes off (anyone will a skill seal knows that they go off so nicely and often) Then while that skill is cooling down you still have another 3 skills that have a 5% chance of going off, and continue and continue. Potentially someone with 4 seals of holiness could have whoever they are fighting against be stunned for a large percentage of the battle. This also makes a skill seal like holiness very effective in pvp situations like in Sengolia, you could be fighting an opponent in seng, have one of your seals go off, stun them kill them, and you could possibly stun the very next person you see while that first seal is still cooling down.

I did test this. With four seals of Glory, and checking the cool down times etc. The skill seals go off independently of each other.

If there are no stupid questions, then what kind of questions do stupid people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions?

I have not heard anyone talk about the seal of holiness not working, and I know several people that have them. Why do you think that holiness does not work?

Your answer was shorter, but my answer was detailed and was explaining exactly how and why it works that way. Your answer was just that it does work that way.

The Seal of Holiness's claimed dysfunction is explained here:

Seal of holiness stuns the target when you get attacked, not when you attack(think of wing blessing. Prior to divine, it says when attacking a chance to increase all attributes. However, it only procs when getting attacked (fixed translation after divine wings.)

You won't see the 50% dmg increase since 2 reasons:
                      1) It only works when the target is stun from holiness; ie after they attack you and have the animation of being frozen
                      2) It decreases the enemy that's stun from it dmg reduction by 50%.

Can see it if you have let say a knight alt to attack you(easiest to get some decent dmg reduct and won't be able to hit your char since it can proc when dodged) and see that it will be decrease by 50% when frozen(or to 0 if they don't have over 50% dmg reduct.)

                      Hope that helps =].

Edit: watch more of the video, but see at 5:54 that one monster that's all iced up. That's the stun from holiness. But since pve there, the dmg reduct of the mob is already 0 so you won't see the attack increase.
