on server s85 as I am playing currently, G-pow Pay to Consume came during first week, Now it Came again for 2 weeks, If by chance it's gonna come again, Any idea when would it show up again?

All the current events were posted after last week's maintenance, however It Pays to Consume was closed last week while Points of Interest was live. If you'd take a look at the 'Special' tab in your Events interface, you'd notice that this week, the event statuses for those two have swapped -- IPTC is now active while POI is closed.
As for when the next IPTC cycle will come around, you will need to keep an eye out for each week's Patch Notes. -
