Anyone els getting huge ms spikes in game?

has anyone lately been getting huge ms spikes in game... cuz im going from 50 ms to over 3k, i cleared my stuff threw browser, restarted my pc, i restarted my router, and it's even protected with pass so somone cant be usen my wireless.. seem's i cant shake off the huge ms spike i am getting from it.
