If u leave ur current guild, can u join that guild again ?

as far as i know, yes...but u'll have to wait 24hrs

Yes you can unless the Guild Master doesn't allow you too. Note: If you leave a guild all your guild skills will decrease by 1 level, your contribution will disappear, and there is also a 24 hours cooldown. So be sure to consider these before leaving a guild.

if I will be kicked by the gm, i don't have to wait 24 hrs to join another guild or join that guild again?
