When will there be a new EAST server? And what would be the fastest leveling class?

Hello, can anyone please tell me when there will be a new east server as I will surely be joining it. Furthermore what is the fastest leveling class would it be a mage or a ranger?

But if you'r up for more of a challange pick Mage/Ranger =P

BM's are never #1 in level ranks its always a ranger or a mage?

BM is just easy'er to play but that doesn't mean u can't lvl up fast with a ranger or mage, you should just pick the class that suits your playstyle best!
