You have to do Dragonspine.

Dragonspine is a Lv. 40-60 Event.
Obtaining the Dragon Sword means waiting around 1-3 minutes before being able to grab it from the middle - while you are fighting other players for it, also.

Before you can leave with the Dragon Sword, you have to survive 3 minutes (there's a countdown for you on the top-left).
Once that timer reaches 0, then will you be able to leave with a Dragon Sword + a Gold Badge for upgrading purposes.
