Robot or bot program in CS ?

please GM check this ... i found rare activity in L4 SG people with weird name (exp : spgzyqm, txwvpfojt, etc) came and came again to Item vendor at Starglade L4, and they have same level... it could be a robot. It happen before, i don't fell suspicious before. but this time i post it in this forum.
if this a bot they slow us down.

People make tons of them and dont want to think up cool names, so they just use a scramble of letters and make an alt. Lvl it up until it is useful, usually somewhere between lvl 30 and lvl 45 and then leave it alone, use it for a shop or for alt farming...

You can report players with gibberish names, whether or not they are actually someone's alt. Simply take a screenshot and send it off in a ticket.
