Not sure if this is the right board but moreso a question of concern.
I know speculating that someone is upgrading via a third party site(guessing that's the right term) is pretty big since there are a lot of variables into play.
I could be wrong, but just got a sinking feeling.
Since it's unfair for people who work legitimately in upgrading via trading, store, or other means of in game measures.
Thus, lets get started.
Here's the situation:
For identity sake guess we can call them Player X (fitting since there can be variables I'm missing, but it's your call.)
Player X has returned after a 2-3 year hiatus. your average player from back when. Thus there's been a lot of systems that have been released to say the least.
Anyway, it's been a month(maybe 3 weeks so rounding up to a month) that player X has been playing and they made quite a few upgrades. I'm not sure where they currently was but have to factor that they been away for 2-3 years.
There's the possibilities of alts, but as far as chatting, they only have one alt that vends for them (maybe they have more so this is where the variables can come into play.)
Here we go:
1) Divine +0 -> promethean VI
base on the divine guide, this is about roughly 16k divine feather and 3600 promethean feather(assuming it was 600 per upgrade.)
Now it is luck base with stars; however, there's only so much luck a person can have. thus wings will still be costly either way.
2) Not even sure what frag they had, but figure perfect X was 2-3 years ago? if so whatever one they had before to immortal X(max at the moment.)
On top of that, making a second frag from start -> auguric V [or supreme auguric V] (at the time of this post.)
This is also luck base, but factoring how much dc, and fs you need is quite a bit. They could have farmed it before they quit so long ago, but I have my doubts.
3) Getting seal of doom
This can potentially be possible, but unlikely with everything else that Player X has been upgrading thus far. Especially since the highest they got so far is a blue banner. And getting that much roe in a month to make 60 rogs(unless extremely lucky) is pushing it.
4) Gen 3 kyubbi
Going to take a guess they used 4 kyubbis for this since they have 170% hp/120% attack/ 180% def / 150% heal (rounded for identity sake.) They could also be extremely lucky here. maybe a few clicks per kyubbi, who knows. However that still leaves about 20k+ purified crystal to feed them all. Not counting the mount stones and the mount orbs required to get a generation 3.
5) 750 spirit of ares for 4 Spirit of ares pieces(theoretically) and 2 orange ebs gear
For me this is pretty quick to do under a month. Especially if their alt wasn't buying any spirit of ares, or enchanted skill dust(esd) for that matter. However the esd could be luck base too I suppose.
Again, I could be wrong, but even with cashing(spending limit) and trading, that's a lot to get in under a month. Especially after coming back from such a long hiatus. Most people that do are confused at some of the new additions to the game.
Thus why I think player X may be using a third party site to acquire such vast upgrades.
Not saying to ban them right away, but that should initiate some kind of warning if they indeed use such a site.
But I'm not the right person to make such accusations. I guess it is possible to get each of those in under a month(maybe beside wings) in of it's own. However, all together seems farfetched. Either way, I'm just stating how suspicious it is under the circumstance of the situation.
