Seal of Holiness CD

If I were to have 4 Seal of Holiness equipped would they each have their own separate cooldowns or when one of them would proc they'd all go on cd??
Sorta like how if I use one healing potion then all other healing potions are on cd too

i've seen it proc same time and stun 2 different targets but never seen it stun one then another right after so i think they proc same time and same cd for all equipped.
