What server is the most populated?

I played CS since the opening but i stopped and i am trying to play this game again
and i am wondering if what server is the best for newcomers.

probably the newest server. That way you're on an even playing field with everyone else, with the exception of the cashers of course.

or you could come back to Windshear, alot of old faces still around. Server is very populated with seven combined servers in 1.

its bad idea to be starting new(or over) and start on the most populated server(most likely the first servers), you'll mostly find high lvl players that u can't compete with even with event balancers u'll be 1 hit, its best to start out at the most latest server.
