does anyone know how to get orange cape?

sorry rev but what do you mean by upgrade? cuz right now I have the purple cape and when I click upgrade cape it tells my cape is fully upgraded.

to get to orange u need to click on the fuse option in the cape interface.
u need something called "cape fusion token " which is only available in cash store.
It has a chance for success so it usually takes around 50 tries to get one

Purple isn't the last item, you can get orange as well.

So goto the cape tab, Put your cape in the box, any two random cape shards and 5 cape fusion tokens. Cape fusion tokens can be acquired from fate shop or from pay to consume events when they come around.
