I cashed $99.99 today, finally got the crystals after a long delay, but did not receive the blue card with the additional 2k crystal. Got the bonus pack but no blue card. For the past 2 to 3 yrs i have received the card, hope they did not change the offer without a warning. I want to cash again, but want to make sure the blue card will be included. Asked in world chat and others also did not receive the card. Please help.
