These TG's are way too hard to complete for non-casher even with a party.
The mini-boss dragons are hitting hard enough to kill 2 eidolon's with both over 11k def and 120k hp whilst being healed by 2 healers with both a 45k lightheal. Wave 7 is possible to survive for only JUST, but it got so much HP it won't die untill there's a 2nd mini-boss dragon from Wave 8 to make a quick finish. The 2 dps'ers is a 33k matk mage, and 22k matk ranger.
Perhaps that knights with their bloodlust or 7sec invincibility stand a chance here but any other class is far from being able to finish TG (and can say goodbye to leveling pets that way).
I want to suggest a revamp for TG. The difficulty increase for the higher Training Grounds gotten way too steep. It's always been a rather smooth transistion to go up a TG, but now it's walking into a brick wall.
