Epic equipments = Trash?

Can someone tell me whats the uses of purple items from dungeons and bosses do other than being disenchanted?

PRIOR to frag weapon being implemented, the purple weapons and offhands were greatly appreciated by everyone, now they are only good for SRC and soul crystals

Purple offhands are still useful. Lots of tanks like to have the offhand shields, and some mages will want the bracelet for that extra matk boost.

Never really seen any other class bother with the purple offhands, but yeah...some people still want them.

eh the majority people I view use HoE instead of the offhands designed for a specific class.

hmm.. for me they are not trash.. they're presavage gears.. worth equiping..

have you seen the new dungeon purple equip? it compares to slayer gear. i'd say that's good. of course if your a lv 100 doing SR an get something purple it probably wont be of use to you, but could be to someone else. or good to save if you don't have purple savage gear when you rebirth again or w/e. i use stuff i find in dungeons to put on my gmut farming alts. its like going from shining gear to >+8-9 lv 40+ purple gear. nice leap in stats. people have always favored the rev vault shards to put on alts but use any equip found till can make the set.
