2x Exp?

So ive been curious about how the exp and 2x exp works.
I've noticed its not 2x exp to what you get at all but actually less.

While farming mobs I was getting 778 exp per kill, thats with 2x VIP - so logically with no other buff i should be getting 389 exp per kill right?
Well when using a 2x exp token on top of that I would expect [389x4= 1556] but get far less, 1139exp.

Maybe im not understanding how the exp is working?
Anyone got an answer for this?

unfortunately 2x exp doesn't stack. so for example if u use only your vip u will get 389+389 but if u use both vip andtoken u must get 389+389+389(each 2x exp adds the exp u normally getf rom a kill once).

Well thats certainly lame, and not at all 2x exp but owell i guess.

If they do stack up, you can easily reach 120+ in less than a month.
since you have 2x vip, 2/3x token, 2/3x zodiac, 2x guild exp, 2x seig. those alone are already 10/12x exp

not to mention BOP, sperion, and titles (bad to the bone)
