Epic seal stacking

Hello! I would like to ask a question about the Heraldry(Runes). The Purple/Epic seals, is it stack-able to have like 4x Seal of Eternity and its skill will still be activated on all 4 or just 1? Like it has 5% trigger rate to activate the skill, will it be 20% or just 5% for all 4 of same Epic Seals?

not sure but its either a higher trigger rate or it becomes a multi-target skill

It's 5% for each seal so you'll have 4 separate triggers but all act on the same cd
