Are you freaking kidding me? You've broken the current Crystal Saga to a point only real effort would fix it, and rather than apply such fixes, you already moved on to a new game (Wartune) which you are quickly and equally breaking by putting forth so much cash-related game-breaking **** that you showcase yourselves as nothing more than a glorified money-sink. People have contributed how many thousands of dollars or more to Crystal Saga, expecting lag to be fixed, servers placed upon individual Towers, fixes to be made in Sengolia and more to fully prevent spawn camping and other forms of abuse, but what have they gotten instead? More servers, more server merges, everything having to do with Wartune, and some of the WORST P.R. in the history of gaming. R2Games, whose slogan is "We won't fix a *bleep*ing thing, but please, keep giving us your money so we can keep wasting it on unnecessary things every week!"..
Do you feel the current Crystal Saga is no longer a substantial money market? Good. You caused that to happen. Every week on Crystal Saga and Wartune, it's one or two events that minimally affect and assist those who cannot frequently afford to pay the huge sums R2 almost requires of them in a set time period, the rest requires Crystals/Balens be spent in bulk to get anywhere. With the release of a game like this, players of the current Crystal Saga can expect to not only be forced to start over with nothing for the mass amounts of money they've already invested into the current game, but if they wish to continue playing the current game will find fixes even more few-and-far-between than they are now.
Services have not been rendered as requested or required, if I were any more livid (to put it mildly) than I am now I might be inclined to sue over things like this, fortune smiles that I won't. But as just one person among many who have cashed regularly in large sums, I would not blame or be surprised by anyone else wishing to do so, as again how much money was dumped by how many people into Crystal Saga, only for R2Games to plead ignorance when we ask for something as simple as putting merged servers onto their own Towers, or putting up a barrier that renders all spawn camping in every applicable area null and void?
I no longer request an explanation on this lack of insight, accountability, and responsible service, I demand it, and I can safely assume I'm not alone in this notion. So break out your typewriters R2Games, I expect a full paragraph or more in prompt post-haste time.
