Can anyone tell me how much gold will be needed to upgrade to Guild Level 6?

42 Silver and 45 Copper

AND you need guild stones which can only be obtained by killing gotor and turning in the nimbus shards OR stealing said nimbus shards from the members transporting the nimbus shard if your guild did not win gotor
