How do you become a game moderator?

I was wondering how to become a game moderator because I would like to help out the people of Crystal Saga

I think they had something like that back in alpha, bu there are no longer any in game moderaters.

and wouldn't u like also need to know like 90%+ of the game including things out of the game that normal players don't know, some of there response is kinda detailed to just be a player
