It kinda sucks that World Chat gets flooded with people spamming their items for sale and vulgarity, etc. Is there suppose to be a mod that controls the chats? Some person was claiming that they were, but I think they were lying because they aren't really doing their job

Yes there has been spam bots on world chat.Usually the best thing to do is just ignore them.
