I recently became a scion and i kept thinking the same question. Does Thunderstorm spot rouges that are hidden(used slayers cloak)?

I think Thunderstorm is while in battle. Since you can't see the rogue and AoEs don't catch them unless they run into it, I dont think it would trigger.
Or ask a high level Mage in your server, lots of em have competition with rogues.Comment

It can hit cloaked rogues, but it will only trigger if you are in battle mode. Also the animation for it will only appear if you actually hit (and as such decloak) the rogue, so you won't spot them if they dodge it.Comment
