Physical Damage Reduction

Good day,
I notice this a long time ago that physical damage reduction is only up to 75%. I'm curious why. I have 45% physical damage reduction and I used Titans Guard which gives 40%,I'm expecting to have 85% but its always 75%. In this case, I'm pretty sure its useless to get level 5 Titans Guard unless you don't have Earth's Blessings.

Because you would be unkillable with more than 75% dr.
If there was no cap then well build tanks could reach 100% dr.

and yeah +25% pet damage absorb =100% damage block xD

Pet damage absorb isn't stacked with damage reduction of the toon. When your toon takes 1000 dmg at 75% reduc it's 250. Of that 250% your pet absorbs 25%. You still receive 188 damage.
