The players already lost faith in the ticket system. It doesn't work in matters of dealing with **** like this. People just expose them on Game Discussion since that's the only attention the problem will bring. We know how to send a ticket, we just realize it's a waste of time.

I personally have gotten positive outcomes on a couple reports filed via ticket system. That being said, detailed, apparent evidence must be provided to support the argument. Simply attaching the above screenshots would not lead to any desirable outcomes namely because R2 does not play CS, so they do not know what it considered normal or not.

Are their upgrades suspicious? What specific upgrades are suspicious? Why are they concerning? What is considered "normal"? These are only a few thoughts to consider when filing a report.

After all that's said and done, also keep in mind that players who report others will not be informed on the progress or outcome of the investigation. Whether it be a one-day ban or a permanent ban is entirely up to the team and you may never even notice the act.

I could say whatever I want in a ticket such as "that's not normal to gain 3million in a week" but how would they know? They don't play and its not like they can just take my word for it otherwise it would be corrupt. Common sense to any player that getting 3mil in a week and constantly upgrading stuff every day is suspicious af. You don't just get max soul in 3 days. You don't max tenet in one day, you can but that's expensive and not likely. The only way is to check their cash history but you need reasons to but you would need reason but pics of a toons progression over a week isn't enough so in the end, nothing happens. Lame how memory says the community needs to stand against it yet r2 is basically inviting em in.


People do buy crystals on alts accounts but with all the upgrades he's had in the past week, he would get thousands if not millions from points of interest and/or points from that other system in fate shop so he'd be stupid to not cash on his main. Doubt theres even $1k on his cash history lol

Actually, you can make any claim against a player and R2 will still check into it, including their payment history, whether or not it turns out to be a bogus accusation ("corrupt" as you termed it). For example, you can argue something as straight as, "It costs over $4,000 to max Tenet raw and so and so player maxed it in a single day." That in itself is enough for R2 to check their transaction history. But again having to consider that you will not be informed of the real conclusion or any disciplinary actions R2 decides to take.

Remember that R2 is not a game creator; they are hosts. From a business perspective, it wouldn't be very wise management to pay someone to sit around all day at work to play a game, let alone paying many individuals to max play the many games that R2 hosts. And if a new game were to be posted, they would have to pay yet another individual to sit and play. Sure, it would improve support and understanding between R2 and their players, but realistically speaking, it's not something they would care to do if it means emptying their pockets.

There was one ticket that only said 'look at his stats' sent two weeks ago regarding the first person mentioned in this thread, and that ticket is closed already. Right now is the best time to be reporting every issue you come across, because right now, there's people addressing issues and fixing things. It's rare when that happens, and we've been taking full advantage of it.

We're arming you with vital information, and giving you clear instructions on how to get the best possible outcome. You, and everyone else who is questioning things, can take screenshots of the toon, or of chat announcements when things get upgraded, or really anything that would show in some way, to an educated eye, that something just isn't right. Then, you can describe why it's not right. Tell R2 what specifically they should be looking for. Does something that was just recently upgraded require a lot of crystals, or a lot of items that would need to be purchased with crystals, and was obtained in a far shorter time span than your biggest known casher? Mention that. Give a ballpark crystal amount, a time frame in which they should be looking in the logs, and the specific names of things they are looking for. Don't just say 'it's obvious, look at the stats', because it's only obvious to the person making the report. You haven't had an issue describing things in this thread - do that in a ticket.

Friend of mine actually sent two tickets yesterday so prob wont get looked at till Monday. I'll even send one with yours and Rev's advice, curious to see if anything is done.
