epic exelorn agree with me or disagree ?? help change CS in a good way

I noticed after synthing, socketing, and enchanting(+7) an epic exelorn robe for mage class did it for my in game wife/best friend and noticed when I went to trade it to her it was not tradeable? *** I believe that it should be tradeable just like all the other epic equipment in the game....please vote yes if you agree with me or no, its good the way it is.

Another note please vote yes good idea or no bad idea for: I think you should be able to trade non tradeable items to your in game spouse

the exelorn issue is more pressing in my eyes since it is a load of **** especially when it doesnt even warn you that the eq is not tradeable until after you synth it. thank you for your time.

Did you put gems in it?

It's a bind on equip item, so the only way for it to not be tradable is to wear it or put gems in it.

so if you put a gem into it it binds to a character that cant even wear it?

Yes, sort of. If you remove the gems, you should be able to trade it.
