Guild Skills Help

If example my GM is not playing anymore and I need Guild exp to level up faster. I was planning to make my own guild to do that.
But the question here will my guild skills be lost.?
Will my stats affect after leaving the guild?

When you leave a guild and join a new one you'll still have your guild skills but they'll all be decreased by 1 level
