i wanna know as well...... but it would be very hard too look for one, not unless there are conditions like if the person used VIP still considered as a Casher. but to be honest its really hard to know one.

IMO, it's impossible to know who the best non cashers are... because if the person has a lot of friends who cashed a lot, they might get help from these people, so it's almost like an indirect cashing. I'm not just saying this, but it happen before in our server. This guy was one of the best, can kill 99 % of the population, but his friend was helping him and those friends were the biggest cashers in the server back then. This guy also got his hellwing on the very first Gmut event eventhough he doesn't have vip, and never have, also no alts. It's just something impossible for a non casher basically, he got helped by his friends.

Little disappointed there isn't an agi focused Rogue >.> Being one myself I would of liked to see someone with more invested into the dodge/agility side of things. Just to show the potential I can expect to see if I stick with it.
