Change the times of Avernal or Guild Crops

The first avernal and the first ready guildcrops always are at the same time ... which is pretty anoying.
is there a possiblity to change these times so that they wont cross each other ?
i live in a different timezone than my server so i can only do the first avernal. just an idea.. i dont believe im the only one who has this problem.
