is this your first time charging ? if so, Due to the anti fraud system crystals may take up to 24 hours to appear in your inventory. you will receive them after 24 hours. maybe less.

24 hours? Then how am i supposed to get the love sick nurse headpiece? Can you give it to me tomorrow and take away 399 crystal from me?

That is not possible. i don't have the power to do that. your best choice is to file a ticket and tell them specifically about what you want.

It can take more than 2 days luilingqi 0o I had problems just like u but after few days it appeared.. I am guessing it takes time for the merchants to upload the Xtals to ur account... If it didn't come in a week, just check if u redeemed it correctly.. Did u use Paypal Or Ultimate game card? If u have bought UGC In canada. R2 pays in american cash... Note that u cannot purchase 2000 crystal with 20 dollar worth UGC with canadian purchase..
