Why doesnt anyone upgrade soul???

Well,you still need ice soul to survive aren't you?having high attack is useless when you losing 5k hp per second.

Yes i agree, 5x a day is just no good when your trying to lvl all your soul abilities over lvl5

True, but if you upgrade your soul, you will be stronger and you can earn money faster (ex. beating dungeons faster cuz your stronger). So I think it's worth it.
