Why i cant recieve any soul prints if i complete redemption? is that a bug or something?

Players under lvl 60 haven't been getting their Soul prints. All players 60+ have been getting them. Im just wondering if those under 60 will get any soul print compensation. -

And everyone reported on the forum got answered that it's a bug. yes you need to be lv20+, lv40+ to even do Redemptions. Yet only lv60+ players are getting soulprints(bound). Bug has been mentioned several times, no GM has replied on it yet (they're slacking on the forums the last few weeks I've noticed, probably due to CoS?)Crystal Saga:

I know that R2 CEO posts over there, thats the only place hes ever posted. And the only place hes admitted about his company to the players. I don't want to pick on CoS cause they really are independent from R2, even if they got bought by R2.
