Items Accidentally Sold to NPC

:P once i was saving up dragon coins and i accidentally sold a stack of green dragon coins to NPC, broke my heart i cried all day lol

In the past few days, we have received few tickets asking us to return back their items that was accidentally sold to NPCs. Please be advised that every player should be extra careful when selling equipments or items. We regret to inform you that we cannot give back the items that are accidentally sold no matter how valuable it is or no matter how much you have spent to it.

So the quote and this whole topic is about how you guys cannot give back the items that have been npc'd yet you guys have done it not once but twice for S21Vamp88 he npc his Fragarach weapon along with his Olympic insignia so tell how is it fair you bring back this one persons items yet you do not bring back others? In my opinion you should bring back everyone who has ever npc items by mistake or just take this forum page down.

well, r2 you should be fair to others. i agree with the above poster TheVoid321.

You cant just keep restoring for 1 guy and ignoring others. I know of other people who NPCed or lost items due to CS glitch/bug and they never got their items restored. They cashed a lot too, were disappointed and quit.

So why does this guy get items restored 2 times, and others dont even get theirs restored 1 time?

yeah R2 should be fair those ppl who filed ticket with sold item problems should get back too, not only for one person but for those all accidentally sold their items..

So r2 does return items that have been npc'd? From what i can see you have done so for this Vamp88 character and thats why everyones upset, when it clearly says you cannot give back the items

In our server this happend to multiple people, some even quit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 player in the server, Vamp88, sellls his frag weapon to the npc by accident.

All of a sudden this topic is HOT HOT HOT^.

Vamp88 has been given a NEW weapon by R2.

Why this player gets back an accidently sold item and ALL the other players with the same problem DIDN"T.

I say, R2, give it back to all or give it back to none. But this is UNFAIR.

How can we trust customer service? And what do I have to do to be liiked by R2 so much that I can get a SPECIAL POSITION too. If I make a mistake R2 will fix it for me??

how do u sell a orange item to a vender if ur actually have the mouse over it..unless ofc u useing a macro to see..and i dont think thats aloud

it happens to me when I was Lv 50+ I sold my sword 9+..........but I dont mind it anymore

i also experienced that too bad but now i learn to be careful in selling some stuffs to NPCs

I think r2 was forced to remedie that problem because they were the ones that failed at securing the new frags. Most orange items are labeled as 'Cannot be Traded', which prevents you from accidentally clicking it and selling it since you'll hit an error. But apparently Vamp88's frag and the new frags have not had the same security placed on it, thus it was an exception.

ACtually this could be solve by implementing "ITEM LOCK SYSTEM", where we are given the power to lock item so it could not be sold accidentally in NPC. So it means the next time youve try to sell it in NPC, a pop up window will appear and will tell us to unlock the item first before we can sell it..
